What do we need to prepare?
Nothing formal. An hour with the product owner, access to your analytics and a list of five users we can talk to.
Do you redesign products that are already live?
Yes, most of our design work is on live products. We ship changes in steps so nothing breaks for current users.
Who owns the files at the end?
You do. Every source file, component and asset moves to your company after the last payment.
Why are engineers and security people in design reviews?
